| Abstrak ABSTRACT This Ako Village is one of the oil palm producing areas in Pasangkayu District, Pasangkayu Regensy. This study aims to determine the effect of land area, labor, number of productive trees, and fertilizer on the production of oil palm farming in Ako Village, Pasangkayu District, Pasangkayu Regency. This research was conducted from October 2020 to November 2020. Determination of respodents in this study using Simple Random Sampling. The sample size to be studied was 38 farmers. The analytical tool used in this research is the Cobb-Douglass production function analysis. The results showed that simultaneously the independent variables X1, X2, X3 and X4 had a significant effect on oil palm production with the value of Fcount = 309,924 > Ftable = 2,62 at the level of ? = 5% and the determinant coefficient R2 (R-squere) of 0,974. That is, the oil palm farming production variable, while the remaining 2,6% is influenced by other variables outside the estimation model. Partially the variables of land area, labor, and number of productive trees had no significant effect on oil palm production with the land area value of Tcount = 2,214 < Ttable xss=removed xss=removed xss=removed xss=removed xss=removed> Ttable = 2,429 at the level of ? = 5% and the determinant coefficient R2 (R-squere) of 0,974. Keywords: Factor of Production, Palm Oil, Cobb-Douglass Analysis. ABSTRAK Desa Ako merupakan salah satu daerah penghasil tanaman kelapa sawit di Kecamatan Pasangkayu Kabupaten Pasangkayu. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh luas lahan, tenaga kerja, jumlah pohon produktif, dan pupuk terhadap produksi usahatani Kelapa Sawit di Desa Ako Kecamatan Pasangkayu Kabupaten Pasangkayu. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan Oktober 2020 sampai dengan November 2020. Penentuan responden dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Simple Random Sampling. Adapun besarnya sampel yang akan diteliti yaitu sebanyak 38 orang petani. Alat analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis fungsi produksi Cobb-Douglass. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan variabel bebas X1, X2, X3 dan X4 berpengaruh nyata terhadap produksi kelapa sawit dengan nilai Fhitung = 309,924 > Ftabel = 2,62 pada taraf ? = 5?n koefisien determinan R2 (R-squere) sebesar 0,974. Artinya, variabel produksi usahatani kelapa sawit sebesar 97,4 % dipengaruhi oleh variabel bebas, sedangkan sisanya 2,6 % dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain diluar model estimasi. Secara parsial variabel luas lahan, tenaga kerja, dan jumlah pohon produktif berpengaruh tidak nyata terhadap produksi kelapa sawit dengan nilai luas lahan Thitung = 2,214 < Ttabel xss=removed xss=removed xss=removed xss=removed xss=removed> Ttabel = 2,429 pada taraf ? = 5?n koefisien determinan R2 (R-squere) sebesar 0,974.
