| Abstrak The aim of this research is to identify the factors of strengths,weaknesses, opportunities, and threats along to learn about the development of strategies applied to the Hj. Nur Azizah poultry business. The purposes of this research as information and consideration for the business owners to determine development. The data analysis. The method of this research use primary data gathered by survey and interview of respondents and secondary data is obtained from relevant agencies. The research location is in potoya village, Dolo district, Sigi regency. The data analysis used is the SWOT analysis. The result of the research shows that the proper conditions for use in the development of Hj. Nur Azizah’s poultry business is SO, strategy where the value of strength and opportunity is greater than the value of weaknesess and threat. Keywords: Strategies, development, business |
