| Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk untuk mengetahui kelayakan Usaha Meubel Fatikh Rotan di Palu Utara. Responden berjumlah 3 orang, yaitu Pimpinan usaha dan 2 karyawan. Usaha ini memiliki permasalahan dalam strategi pemasaran yang masih kurang baik dan banyaknya persaingan dengan industri rotan maupun industri kerajinan berbahan baku lain dari daerah lain dan dalam penggunaan teknologi yang masih lemah dan sangat sederhana seperti palu, gergaji, parang/pisau serta alat pembengkok kerangka dari kayu yang dibuat sendiri oleh pemilik usaha. Analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu analisis kelayakan antara lain Net Present Value (NPV), Net Benefit Ratio (Net B/C), Internal Rate of Return (IRR). Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan analisis kelayakan usaha didapatkan hasil Net Present Value (NPV) dari industri Meubel Fatikh Rotan di Palu Utara sebesar Rp 118.106.825, nilai Benefit-Cost Ratio (BCR) sebesar 2,65 dan nilai Internal Rate of Return (IRR) sebesar 42,91 %. Hal tersebut menunjukkan bahwa usaha Meubel Fatikh Rotan di Palu Utara layak secara finansial untuk diusahakan ke depan. This study aims to determine the feasibility of the Rattan Fatikh Furniture Office in North Palu. Respondents numbered 3 people, namely business leaders and 2 employees. This business has problems in marketing strategies that are still not good enough and there is a lot of competition with the rattan industry and other handicraft-based industries from other regions and in the use of technology that is still weak and very simple such as hammers, saws, machetes / knives and tools for bending the framework of wood made by the business owner. The analysis used in this study is the feasibility analysis including Net Present Value (NPV), Net Benefit Ratio (Net B / C), Internal Rate of Return (IRR). Based on the calculation results of the business feasibility analysis, the Net Present Value (NPV) from the Fatikh Rotan Furniture industry in North Palu was Rp 118,106,825, the Benefit-Cost Ratio (BCR) was 2.65 and the Internal Rate of Return (IRR) value was 42.91%. This shows that the Meubel Fatikh Rotan business in North Palu is financially feasible to work towards in the future. |
