| Abstrak This research aims to know the value of profitability of fried onions business on the Industry Linda in Palu city with the expectation of Industry Linda can find out its ability to obtain a net profit from the sales result. The study took place from February to March 2020. Location determination is intentionally (purposive) and the determination of respondents also done intentionally (purposive). Data collection in this research is sourced from primary data and secondary data. The data analysis used is acceptance analysis, cost analysis, revenue analysis, and profitability analysis. The results showed that the total businessincome of fried onions in February 2020 was Rp. 20.190.000 with a total cost of Rp. 11.929.075and the income earned is Rp. 8.260.925, while in march 2020 the revenue was Rp. 17.430.000 with a total cost of Rp. 10.309.019 and the income earned is Rp. 7.120.981. For the value of profitability for 2 months decreased with a total EAT in February 2020 of Rp. 8.327.512, in march 2020 the total EAT was Rp. 7.193.268. The decline in value in February and March 2020 fluctuated due to the ups and downs of fried onions income with the percentage of the RoI value ranging from 72,51% – 62,63%. This means that every Rp. 100 receipts will result in a profit of Rp. 72,51 to Rp. 62,63 means that it can be said that Linda Industry deserves to be cultivated and developed further. |
