| Abstrak Pasangkayu Regency is one of the areas that support palm oil production in Indonesia. More and more palm oil derivative products show the high economic value of oil palm agribusiness. This study aims to analyze the risks faced by PT. Letawa and identify the strategies that need to be done in mitigating risk. T he analytical tool used in this research is descriptive analysis complete with financial analysis. From the results of the study there are some technical risks namely regarding the supply and selection of seeds, planting, pest attacks, diseases and weeds and harvesting errors. The profit optained by the total Rp.194.322.800.000 minus the total cost of Rp.171,990.136.788 is Rp.22.332.663.212. Efforts that can be made in mitigating risk are by more careful selection of seeds, good crop maintenance, good supervision of workers, and a good and directed employee recruitment system. |
