| Abstrak Bamboo can be an alternative in reducing the use of wood in forests which are increasingly limited. In villages, the use of bamboo is often seen in household items. The Galeri Bambu Kaleavo is a craft business center engaged in the production of bamboo-based crafts in Palu City. The Galeri Bambu Kaleavo was initiated by Arifin T. Komile. This study aims to determine the internal factors and external factors in the development of a bamboo craft business at the Galeri Bambu Kalevo or the development of this business. This study uses SWOT analysis to determine the analysis of strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats. From the results of the analysis, the conclusion is that the position of the strategy for developing a bamboo craft business at the Galeri Bambu Kaleavo in the strategic environment of internal and external factors is in quadrant position (I) with the X axis being coordinated 1.555 and the Y axis being coordinated 1.576, so the strategy focused on development is by using the S-O (Strength – Opportunity) strategy.
