Abstrak E32116080 Tofu is fermented food and is made from soybeans which are extracted from the juice. The people's penchant for consuming tofu can be a good habit, where tofu has a very high protein content and is good for health. Eating tofu is believed to reduce the risk of cancer and maintain healthy skin. This study aims to determine the right strategy that can be used to develop the Tofu Zita Industry business. Determination of respondents is done by purposive (Purposive). The number of respondents was 6 people, namely one industry leader, four employees, and one tohu Zita consumer. The analysis used in this study is the SWOT analysis. The results of the analysis show that the strategy that can be carried out in the development of tofu chicken business in the Zita Industry is to implement strategies, namely: (a) utilizing industrial strengths that have products without preservatives and at affordable prices in fulfilling community demand for quality tofu (b) utilizing strengths industries that have means of transportation to meet demand and provide services to customers and (c) Increase marketing networks by taking advantage of developments in technology and information as well as support from the government.
