| Abstrak This study aimed predict the number of tofu products that will be produced in 2020 by Afifah Tofu Industry. This research was conducted in November 2019. The respondent in this research are the owner and 2 employees of Afifah Tofu Industry. The used data was from Primary and secondary data. The Analysis tool are Single Moving Average. The results showed the forecast in December 2019 was 88.777 with Mean Absolute Error 2.186, Mean Squared Error 20.319.537 and Mean Absolute Perscentage Error (MAPE) of 2.59%. Based on the results can be produced forecast in January of 89.009 Kg, February of 87.421 Kg, March of 88.402 Kg, April of 88.277 Kg, May of 88.033 Kg, June of 88.237 Kg, July of 88.182 Kg, August of 88.151 Kg, September of 88.190 Kg, October of 88.174 Kg, November of 88.172 Kg and December 2020 amounting 88.179 Kg. |
