| Abstrak This study aimed to determine the feasibility of chicken business in the Sukri farms. This research was conducted in Duyu Village, Tatanga District, Palu City in the month January to February 2020. Determination of the respondens in this study was conducted purposively. Data analyzed using Financial Analysis consisting of 4 investment criteria, namely: Net Present Value (NPV), Profitability Index (PI), Internal Rate of Return (IRR), Payback Period (PP). The results of this study indicate that the NPV results of Rp. 724.396.212, this shows that the NPV is positive (NPV>0), so it is declared feasible to run. PI obtained a value of 1,6>1, meaning that greater than 1 so that this business is feasible to run. IRR obtained was 61,15 %. This means that laying hens on Sukri farms are feasible to run because the rate of return is greater than the prevailing interest rate of (i=14%), a factor discount currently in force, while a factor discount of 61,15% is used for projections in the future at interest rates go up. PP obtained have a refund period of 1 year 9 months. This means that with in this time period the investment costs incurred can be returned, so the faster the time period to return the investment costs, the better the business that is run and is feasible to run and develop. |
