Abstrak Shredded is one of the processed meat products that are well known by many people and are generally processed from beef. Making shredded meat is one of the alternatives for processing beef to diversify products made from beef as well as to meet the protein needs of the community. This study aims to determine the condition of internal factors (Strengths-Weaknesses) and external factors (Opportunities-Threats) in supporting the development of shredded beef in UKM "CV. Iyam Mandiri ". Determination of respondents determined intentionally (Purposive). The number of respondents 7 consisted of 1 leader, 2 employees, 2 consumers, 1 department of hammer industry and trade, and 1 competitor. The analysis used in this research is description analysis and SWOT analysis. The SWOT analysis results show that the development of shredded beef in UKM "CV. Iyam Mandiri "is in the ST strategy, which is quadrant II, where in this position the threats are overcome by using the power they have.
