| Abstrak This research aims at determining the profitability value of Mitra Cemangi Tofu Industry in Palu City. This research was conducted in February to March 2020 was carried out in Mitra Cemangi Tofu Industry at Jl. Cemangi, Bayaoge Sub-District, Tatanga District, Palu City. The determination of respondents carried out intentionally (purposive). The number of respondents are 3 (three) people, including 1 leader and 2 employees. This research uses Revenue Analysis and Profitability Analysis (ROI) to determine the ability of businesses to generate profits. The result of the analysis shows that Mitra Cemangi Industry in 2019 amounted to 515,740 kg with a selling price of Rp. 5,000 / kg. The revenue obtained by Mitra Cemangi Tofu Industry in making tofu in 2019 was Rp. 2,578,700,000, while the income obtained by Mitra Cemangi Tofu Industry in producing tofu in 2019 was Rp. 726,243,500. The results of the analysis of profitability (ROI) shows that the value of profitability (ROI) in Mitra Cemangi Tofu Industry with a total investment of IDR 2,153,816,500 which is equal to 34%. This shows that the price position of IDR 7,700 with an investment of IDR 2,153,816,500 obtained a profitability value of 34%. It means that if the price of soybeans has been decreased, Mitra Cemangi Tofu Industry has the ability to obtain a greater profitability value. Therefore, the businesses of the industry are worthy of being cultivated and developed further. |
