Abstrak This study aims to determine: (i) the concept of "Business Model Canvas" which is now applied by Toru Farm Palu, and (ii) alternative concepts of "Business Model Canvas" that can be applied by Toru Farm Palu in future. The research was conducted from May to June 2022 at Toru Farm Palu. Determination of respondent in this study was deliberately. The respondents in this study is the owners, managers and employees of Toru Farm. The method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive method. The results show that the Business Model Canvas in Toru Farm currently uses is then added with alternatives that can be applied in the future. Customer segments, added alternatives 1).community, 2). Millennials, 3). provider of raw material services in restaurants, cafes, hotels and hospitals. Value Proposition, added alternatives 1).Following trends, 2).doing quality control to produce premium quality products. Customer Relationship, added alternatives 1).Providing rewards for loyal consumers. Channels added alternative 1).New outlets with strategic places. Revenue Stream, added alternatives 1).Revenue from sales of new products, 2).Customized product. Key Resources, added alternatives 1). cooperation with experts 2). utilization of new technology. Key Activities, added alternative 1).processing of new products. Key partners, added alternatives 1).Local potential partners and outside the area.
