| Abstrak This study aims to determine the income and feasibility of cocoa farming in Kotaraya Village, Mepanga District, Parigi Moutong Regency. The respondents in this study were cocoa farmers in Kotaraya Village. Determination of this respondent can be identified by several stages, namely using standard deviation to determine whether the population of respondents studied is homogeneous or not homogeneous, then to determine the number of samples to be selected, a simple random sampling method (Simple Random Sampling Method) is used, using the slovin number formula. a sample of 31 cocoa farmer respondents. The analytical tool used in this research is the analysis of farm income and feasibility. The results of the income analysis show that the average income obtained by respondent farmers in Kotaraya Village, Mepanga Sub-district is Rp. 6,208,258.06 / 1.58 ha, this shows that farmers have been able to generate substantial income. The results of the Feasibility analysis show that the Revenue Of Cost Ratio is 2.40, which means that cocoa farming in Kotaraya Village is still feasible to be cultivated.
