| Abstrak This study aims to determine the effect of the use of production inputs for the number of trees, sap, firewood, coconut fiber, and labor on the level of coconut sugar production, and to determine the level of allocative efficiency in the use of production inputs in the manufacture of coconut sugar. This research was conducted in May to June 2019 in Sumbersari Village, South Parigi District, Parigi Moutong Regency. Determination of the location of research carried out deliberately (purposive). The analysis used is the cobb-douglass production function analysis method and allocative efficiency analysis method. The number of trees, roomie, firewood, coconut coir, and labor together (simultaneously) significantly affect the production of coconut sugar in Sumbersari Village, South Parigi District, Parigi Moutong Regency. Partially the number of trees and roomie variables significantly affect the production of coconut sugar while the variables of firewood, coconut fiber and labor have no significant effect on the production of coconut sugar in Sumbersari Village, South Parigi District, Parigi Moutong Regency. The value of the input price efficiency of sap and coconut fiber is greater than 1 so that its use needs to be reduced, while the number of trees, firewood and labor price efficiency is smaller or not equal to 1 so that its use needs to be added.
