| Abstrak ABSTRACT The purpose of this study was to determine the Financial Feasibility of Cocoa Farming. The research was conducted in November to December 2019. The location of the study was determined intentionally (Purpossive) with the consideration that in this village is one of the cocoa producing areas in Kasimbar sub-District. Determination of respondents is done by simple random sampling method by taking 124 population of Cocoa with 33 samples used as samples to be studied. The analytical method used is the investment criteria analysis method, Net Present Value (NPV) Net Benefit Cost Ratio (Net B / C) Internal Rate of Return (IRR) Payback Period (PP) Sensitivity analysis, the results of Net Present Value (NPV) calculations obtained in the amount of Rp. 576.322.972, Net Benefit Cost Ration (Net B / C) obtained of 1,33 Internal Rate of Return (IRR) obtained by 10 percent, the Payback Period (PP) obtained has a payback period of 1,3 years (1 years 3 months 2 weeks). With the sensitivity level of cocoa farming in the Ogodopi Village with the assumption that the sensitivity analysis. Based on the results of these calculations, the value (NPV) of Rp. 858,617,192 greater than 0, (Net B / C) 0.50 greater than 1, the Internal Rate of Return (IRR) obtained 39,35, percent which is greater than the interest rate taken 15 percent Payback Period (PP) where the payback period is 1.4 years (1 year 4 months 2 weeks), a 10 percent decrease for the future assumption when production decreases. ABSTRAK Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Kelayakan Finansial Usahatani Kakao Penelitian dilaksanakan pada bulan November sampai Desember 2019, lokasi penelitian ditentukan secara sengaja (Purpossive) dengan pertimbangan bahwa di desa ini merupakan salah satu daerah penghasil kakao di Kecamatan Kasimbar. Penentuan responden dilakukan dengan metode sampel acak sederhana (simple random sampling) dengan menggunakan standar deviasi dan mendapatkan sampel 33 yang digunakan sebagai sampel yang akan diteliti.Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah metode analisis kriteria investasi Net Present Value (NPV), Net Benefit Cost Ratio (Net B/C), Internal Rate of Return (IRR), Payback Period (PP), Analisis sensitivitas. Hasil perhitungan kelayakan finansial Net Present Value (NPV) yang diperoleh sebesar Rp. 576.322.972, Net Benefit Cost Ration (Net B/C) yang diperoleh sebesar 1,33, Internal Rate of Return (IRR) yang diperoleh sebesar 10 persen, Payback Periode (PP) yang diperoleh memiliki masa pengembalian selama 1,3 tahun (1 tahun 3 bulan 2 Minggu). Dengan tingkat sensitivitas usahatani kakao di Desa Ogodopi dengan asumsi 10 persen berdasarkan hasil perhitungan tersebut diperoleh dalam nilai (NPV) sebesar Rp. 858.617.192 lebih besar dari 0, (Net B/C) Sebesar, 0,50 lebih besar dari 1, Internal Rate of Return (IRR) diperoleh 39,35 persen yang mana lebih besar dari suku bunga yang diambil 15 persen, Payback Periode (PP) yang mana masa pengembalian selama 1,4 tahun (1 tahun 4 bulan 2 Minggu) terjadinya penurunan untuk asumsi 10 persen kedepan untuk melihat produksi terjadi penurunan.
