| Abstrak Corporate Social Responsibility is a form of responsibility of every company to the community that is around the company in order to improve the welfare of society. In carrying out these activities the community can also provide feedback and participate in the implementation of activities. This study aims to determine the implementation and level of success of the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) program among oil palm farmers in Makmur Jaya Village, Tikke Raya District. This research was conducted from September to October 2019 in Makmur Jaya Village, Tikke Raya District. Respondents in this study are oil palm farmers who are members of farmer groups who collaborate with PT. Letawa determined using the proportional random sampling method. The analysis used in this research is descriptive statistics. Based on the results of the study showed that the implementation of CSR programs of PT. Letawa in the field of Education, Health and Economy was classified as successful, which in the field of education the percentage of success was 73.65%, the Health sector 87.80%, and the Economic sector 54.45% Keywords: Education, Health dan The Economy |
