| Abstrak The purpose of this study was to determine the Financial Feasibility of the Palu Mandiri Rattan industry. The research location was chosen intentionally (Purpossive), with the consideration that the Palu Mandiri Rattan industry is one of the rattan processing industries, this research was carried out in December 2019, The determination of respondents in this study was carried out intentionally (purposive) This amounted to 4 respondents and the research location conducted in North Palu (Mamboro) sub-district. By using the investment formula, Net Present Value (NPV) Net Benefit Cost Ratio (Net B/C) Internal Rate of Return (IRR) Payback Period ( PP) Sensitivity analysis. The results of the calculation of the Net Present Value (NPV) obtained are Rp. . 796,009,430 is greater than 0, Net Benefit Cost Ratio (Net B/C) is 5,91 is greater than 1, Internal Rate Of Return (IRR) is 5% percent and Payback Pariode has a payback period of 1.2 years (1 year 2 months).
