| Abstrak The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of land area (X1), chemical fertilizer urea (X2), chemical fertilizer TSP (X3), chemical fertilizer NPK Phonska (X4), chloromite pesticide (X5), dursban pesticide (X6), and labor (X7) on Cocoa production in Gimpu Village, Kulawi Selatan District, Sigi Regency. This research was conducted in November-December 2019. Determination of respondents was carried out using a simple random sampling method (simple random sampling). The number of respondents in this study was determined using the equation that formulated by Slovin. The total population of farmers who cultivate cocoa is (N) 170 farmers with an error rate of e of 15% so that the number of respondent farmers in this study is 37 who farmer who ferming the cocoa. Based on the analysis, that has been done so the conculution it is concluded that the free variable of land area (X1), chemical fertilizer urea (X2), chemical fertilizer TSP (X3), chemical fertilizer NPK Phonska (X4), chloromite pesticide (X5), dursban pesticide (X6), and energy work (X7) simultaneously (together) had a significant effect on cocoa production in Gimpu Village, Kulawi Selatan District, Sigi Regency where Fcount 443, 373> T table 2.045 at 95% confidence level with a Determinant Coefficient value (R2) 0.988 this shows that the variable 98.8% of cocoa farm production is influenced by independent variables, while the remaining 1.2% is influenced by other variables outside the model. The use of land area (X1), use of TSP chemical fertilizer (X3), use of phonska chemical fertilizer (X4) had a significant effect on cocoa production (Y) in Gimpu Village, while partially the urea fertilizer variable (X2), use of chloromite pesticides (X5) used pesticides dursban (X6), and and labor (X7) had no significant effect on cocoa production (Y) in Gimpu Village, Kulawi Selatan District, Sigi Regency.
