| Abstrak Granule Organic Fertilizer is a granular fertilizer product, produced by CV Rahayu and starts producing in 2019 February. The demand for granule organic fertilizer is very large, besides that CV Rahayu has not been able to meet the demand due to limited capital in the purchase of machinery and equipment. This study aims to analyze the Financial Feasibility of Granule Organic Fertilizer Business in CV Rahayu Sidera Village, Sigi Biromaru District, Sigi Regency. This research was carried out in CV Rahayu Sidera Village, Sigi Biromaru District, Sigi Regency with data collection from May to August 2019. Determination of respondents was done intentionally (Purposive), respondents were selected as many as 3 people consisting of leaders, the production department, and employees. The analysis used is the Investment Criteria Analysis by calculating the Net Present Value (NPV), Internal Rate of Return (IRR), Profitability Index (PI), Benefit Cost Ratio (B/C Ratio) and Payback Period (PP). This calculation is reinforced by the Sensitivity Analysis conducted to see the sensitivity of changes in selling prices. Based on the results of calculations from research conducted, then a Net Present Value (NPV) of Rp. 650,900,780,-, Internal Rate of Return (IRR) of 41.89%, Profitability Index (PI) 2.29 times, Benefit Cost Ratio (B/C Ratio) of 1.38, and Payback Period (PP) for 2 years and 10 months. The results of the calculation of Sensitivity Analysis based on a fixed selling price for 5 years or by lowering the selling price based on a projected 19%, still meet the investment criteria. The conclusion from the calculation of the Granule Organic Fertilizer Business in CV Rahayu Sidera Village, Sigi Biromaru District, Sigi Regency is financially feasible to be developed. |
