| Abstrak ABSTRACT The purpose of this study is to determine the factory that influence the production of Coffee in the village of Tombiano, south Tojo Barat, Tojo Una-una regency. That location og the study was determined intentionally purposively with the consideration that the Tombiano village is one of the coffee productions centers in the tojo una-una district. This research was conducted from May to June 2019, determination of respondents using a simple random sampling method, the total population 102 coffee farmers and then sampling using the sovin formula obtained 31 respondents of coffee farmers. Data analysis used is analysis Cobb-Douglas, The results of the analysis show that Fcount 52,2 > Ftable 2,60 at an error rate 0f 5% which means that the null hypothesis (Ho) is rejected and (H1) accepted it simultaneously or (together) affect the production of coffee. Partially the input of land area, number of productive plants, and plant age, , had a significant effect, while urea fertilizer , and labor did not significantly affect the production of coffee Keywords: Influence, Production, lowland rice. ABSTRAK Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi produksi Kopi di Desa Tombiano Kecamatan Tojo Barat Kabupaten Tojo Una-Una. Lokasi penelitian ditentukan secara sengaja (porposive) dengan pertimbangan bahwa Desa Tombiano merupakan salah satu sentra produksi Kopi di Kabupaten Tojo Una-una. Penelitian dilakukan pada bulan Mei sampai Juni 2019. Penentuan responden menggunakan metode sampel acak sederhana, jumlah keseluruhan populasi 102 petani kopi dan selanjutnya pengampilan sampel menggunakan rumus slovin di dapatkan 31 responden petani kopi. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis Cobb-Douglas Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa nilai Fhitung 52,2 > Ftabel 2,60 pada tingkat taraf kesalahan 5% yang berarti hipotesis nol (Ho) ditolak dan (H1) diterima secara simultan atau ( bersama–sama ) mempengaruhi produksi kopi. Secara parsial Luas lahan, jumlah tanaman produktif, umur tanaman, berpengaruh nyata, sedangkan pupuk urea dan tenaga kerja tidak berpengaruh nyata terhadap produksi kopi.
