| Abstrak This research was carried out in Kayumalue Ngapa village north Palu district in Palu city on january to February 2020. The respondents in this research is shallot farmers local in Palu city, Respondents were determined of using simple random sampling method. Hence, this method is done by providing equal opportunities to the population as the research sample. The respondents who were used as sources of information in this research were 32 respondents from a population of 120 heads of families. In this research uses a analysis of the production function by Cobb-Douglas. Based on the results of the analysis obtained showed that the value of Fcount = 90,104> F table= 2,73 In the collectively independent variabel of the surface area (X1), seed (X2), fertilizer (X3), labor (X4) simultaneously it has a significant effect on local shallot production in Kayu malue ngapa village in Palu city. In partially of variable in the surface area (X1), seed (X2), fertilizer (X3), labor (X4), significantly affected the local Palu shallot production in Kayumalue Ngapa Village, North Palu District, in Palu City.
