Abstrak This study aims to determine the number of bookings is economical, knowing reordering (reorder point), determine the amount of inventory (safety stock), find out the total cost of raw material inventory. Research conducted at the IKM-Han Sal located on the street sis-aldjufri No. 48 Palu central Sulawesi. on month from August to October 2017, Respondent performed intentionally (purposive). Respondents were drawn in the study consisted of one leader one production employee and two employees in the packaging department Collecting data used in this study consisted of primary data and secondary data. The analysis used is EOQ, safety stock, reordering, and the total cost of raw material inventory. The results showed EOQ economical purchase amount for supplies of SMEs Sal-Han in January-October 2017 by an average of 334,53 kg, the frequency of purchases 1 times. Reordering should do Sal IKM-Han in January-October 2017, when the amount of raw material inventory in the warehouse by an average of 121,56kg. Safety stock (safety stock) at IKM Sal-Han to be provided 9,8 kg. The total cost of inventory (Total Inventory Cost), coffee raw materials that do Sal IKM-Han in January-October 2017 the average Rp. 367.241,08 Keywords: Ginger Coffee Management, Inventory |
