Abstrak
The Palu Valley variety of shallots (Allium wakegiAraki) is one of the leading commodities of Central Sulawesi and is a raw material for the fried onion processing industry and has become a local brand of Palu. Efforts to increase the productivity of shallots can be done by increasing soil fertility through the application of organic fertilizers. This study aims to determine the response of Bokashi Fertilizer to the growth and yield of Palu Valley Shallots (Allium wakegi Araki) and changes in the chemical properties of C-organic, pH, and soil KTK to the administration of various doses of Bokashi Fertilizer. The research was carried out for four months of research, starting from July 2024 to December 2024 in Vatunonju Village, Sigi Biromaru District, Sigi Regency. Soil and crop analysis will be carried out in the Soil Science laboratory of the Faculty of Agriculture. The experimental design used was a one-factor Group Random Design (RAK) consisting of 6 levels of treatment and each treatment was repeated 4 times, namely control (K0), 4 kg/bed (K1), 8 kg/bed (K2), 12 kg/bed (K3), 16 kg/bed (K4), and 20 kg/bed (K5). The data was analyzed using a variety of fingerprints (ANOVA), followed by a 5% BNJ test. The results of the study showed that the application of bokasi fertilizer with an increasing dose had a real effect on plant height, the number of leaves 43 HST and the fresh weight of the tubers, the Corganic content, pH, and soil KTK. The best treatment on K4 for plant height, number of leaves and fresh weight of tubers (296.48 g). For C-organic (1.63%), pH (6.60%), and KTK (22.49).
