Abstrak The success of cuttings of planted plants requires growth regulators that support in the process of growth of cuttings. This study aims to determine the effect of the combination of planting media and growth regulators on the growth of limestone cuttings seedlings. This research was carried out at the Academic Garden of the Faculty of Agriculture, Tadulako University, in December-February 2023. This study used a Group Randomized Design (RAK) consisting of: P0 = control, P1 = Soil media + ZPT with a concentration of 8 g / l, P2 = Soil media + ZPT with a concentration of 9 g/l, P3 = Soil media + ZPT with a concentration of 10 g/l, P4 = Mixture of soil media and goat manure + ZPT with a concentration of 8 g/l, P5 = A mixture of soil media and goat manure + ZPT with a concentration of 9 g/l, P6 = A mixture of soil media and goat manure + ZPT with a concentration of 10 g/l, P7 = A mixture of soil media and cow manure + ZPT with a concentration of 8 g/l, P8 = A mixture of soil media and cow manure + ZPT with a concentration of 9 g/l, P9 = Mixture of soil media and cow manure + ZPT with a concentration of 10 g/l. Observational data are analyzed variance (anova) with a 5% F test, if the variance analysis shows an influence of treatment, then followed by a follow-up test of BNJ 5% to determine the difference between treatments. Based on the results of statistical analysis, it is known that the interaction of planting media and ZPT has an influence on the number of shoots and root volume. The results showed that the interaction of soil media + ZPT with a concentration of 10 g/l produced a higher value at the number of shoots aged 5 MST which was 7.66 and the interaction of soil media + ZPT with a concentration of 10 g/l produced a higher value at the root volume of age 7 MST which was 0.58 ml. |
