Abstrak Growth and Yield of Pakcoy Plants (Brassica rapa chinensis L) Against the Application of Various Concentrations of Tofu Water Waste Poc. The research design used was a Randomized Group Design (RAK) with 6 treatments, namely PC0 (control), PC1 (200 ml POC / 1 liter of water), PC2 (250 ml POC / 1 liter of water), PC3 (300 ml POC / 1 liter water), PC 4 (350 ml POC / 1 liter of water) and PC 5 (400 ml POC / 1 liter of water), repeated 4 times to obtain 24 experimental units and each experimental unit consisted of 2 plants so that the total sample plants were 48 plant. If the treatment has a real effect then the BNJ test will be further tested at a level of 5%. Observation variables include plant height, number of leaves, total fresh weight of the plant, fresh weight of the upper stem, fresh weight of the plant roots, plant root volume and leaf area. The results of the research showed that treatment with POC from tofu water waste could increase the growth and yield of pak choy plants. POC treatment of tofu water waste with a concentration of 400 ml/liter showed the best results for the observed parameters. Keywords : Pakchoy Plant, Tofu Water Waste. ABSTRAK Pertumbuhan Dan Hasil Tanaman Pakcoy (Brassica rapa chinensis L) Terhadap Pemberian Berbagai Konsentrasi Poc Limbah Air Tahu. Desain penelitian yang digunakan yaitu Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) dengan 6 perlakuan yaitu PC0 (kontrol), PC1 (200 ml POC / 1 liter air), PC2 (250 ml POC / 1 liter air), PC3 (300 ml POC / 1 liter air), PC 4 (350 ml POC / 1 liter air) dan PC 5 (400 ml POC / 1 liter air), diulang sebanyak 4 kali sehingga diperoleh 24 unit percobaan dan setiap unit percobaan terdiri atas 2 tanaman sehingga total tanaman sampel sebanyak 48 tanaman. Jika perlakuan memberikan pengaruh nyata maka akan di uji lanjut BNJ taraf 5%. Variabel pengamatan meliputi, tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun, berat segar total tanaman, berat segar berangkasan bagian atas, berat segar akar tanaman, volume akar tanaman dan luas daun. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perlakuan pemberian POC limbah air tahu dapat meningkatkan pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman pakcoy. Perlakuan POC limbah air tahu dengan konsentrasi 400 ml / liter menunjukkan hasil parameter pengamatan yang terbaik. |
