| Abstrak This research was carried out in Poboya Village, Mantikulore District, Palu City, Central Sulawesi province. The aim of this research is to determine the effect of giving banana weevil LOF on the growth and yield of watermelon plants. The research period started from March to May 2022. This research used a randomized block design (RBD) with one treatment factor, namely banana weevil LOF which consisted of 5 levels: P0 = without giving banana weevil LOF, P1 = giving 100 ml banana weevil LOF/ liter, P2 = Giving banana weevil LOF 200 ml/liter, P3 = Giving banana weevil LOF 300 ml/liter, P4 = Giving banana weevil LOF 400 ml/liter. This treatment was repeated 4 times. This treatment was repeated 4 times. To determine the effect of treatment, observations were made on plant length, number of leaves, flowering age, fruit weight and fruit diameter. Based on the research results, the banana weevil LOF concentration of 300 ml/liter of water (P3) has significantly increased the growth and yield of watermelon plants in all observation parameters, namely, plant length, number of leaves, flowering age, number of fruit, fruit weight and fruit circumference. |
