Abstrak The development of lowland rice is an alternative to increase national rice production. It is very important to evaluate the yield capacity of lowland rice considering that lowland rice has different adaptability. The aim of this research is to determine the correct fertilizer dosage for the growth and yield of lowland rice varieties of Ciherang. This research was carried out in Masari Village, South Parigi District, Parigi Moutong Regency. The research period starts from August to December 2021. The tools used are hoes, measuring tape, machetes, spray equipment, analytical scales, label paper, plastic bags, stationery. The materials used are Ciherang rice seeds and NPK, Urea and ZA fertilizer. This research was structured using a Randomized Block Design (RBD) with 5 treatments, namely D0 = NPK 150 kg ha-1, Urea 125 kg ha-1, ZA 0 kg ha-1, D1 = NPK 50 kg ha-1, Urea 25 kg ha-1, ZA 25 kg ha-1, D2 = NPK 100 kg ha-1, Urea 50 kg ha-1, ZA 50 kg ha-1, D3 = NPK 150 kg ha-1, Urea 75 kg ha-1, ZA 75 kg ha-1, D4 = NPK 200 kg ha-1, Urea 100 kg ha-1, ZA 100 kg ha-1. Each treatment was repeated 4 times. The basic fertilizer used is organic material from cow dung, 5 tons kg/ha converted into 1 kg/ha plot. To determine the effect of treatment, observations were made on plant height, number of tillers, number of productive tillers, age of flowering plants, panicle length, number of grains per panicle, weight of 1000 grains, and grain production. Providing fertilizer starting at a dose of 150 Kg ha-1, Urea 75 Kg ha-1, ZA 75 Kg ha-1 has significantly increased the growth and yield of the Ciherang variety of lowland rice. The best growth and yields of rice plants were obtained by administering NPK fertilizer doses of 200 Kg ha-1, Urea 100Kg ha-1, ZA 100 Kg ha-1. |
