| Abstrak This research was conducted in Singa Village, Herlang Subdistrict, Bulukumba Regency, South Sulawesi, which took place from March to June 2021. The parameters measured were seedling height, stem diameter, number of leaves, partial leaf area, root volume, root length, dry weight, and watering interval. This study used a factorial randomized block design (RAK) with two treatment factors, giving chicken manure as the first factor with four treatment levels and watering time intervals as the second factor with three treatments to produce 4 x 3 treatments or twelve treatments with three repetitions. The treatment of giving chicken manure had a very significant effect on the parameters of plant height, root volume, root length, dry weight, and water use efficiency. The treatment of watering time intervals and the combination of the two treatments does not have an influence on the growth of cocoa seedlings. The results showed that the application of chicken manure with a ratio of dose to soil was 1:1 is the best treatmen and the watering time interval for cacao nurseries is enough to water once every three days. |
