| Abstrak effectiveness of using liquid trichoderma formula agaianst the attack of fusarium oxysporum f. sp., cepae the cause of moler disease in Palu valley shallot (Allium x Wakegi Araki). this study aimst to test the ability of trichoderma sp. in suppressing the growth of moler disease (Fusarium oxysporum f. sp., cepae) which causes damage to the palu valley crop. this research was conducted in a screenhouse in the academic garden of the faculty of agriculture, tadulako university. this is research takes place from March to 2021- june 2021. the research design used was a completely randomized design method (CRD) with 6 treatments, namely TC0 (CONTROL), TC1 immersion + spraying with a concetration of 100ml Trichoderma/300ml water, TC2 immersion + spraying with a concentration of 100 ml Trichoderma/500ml water, TC3 immersion + spraying with a concentration of 100 ml Trichoderma/700ml water, TC4 immersion + spraying with a concentration of 100 ml Trichoderma/900ml water, TC5 immersion + spraying with a concentration of 100 ml Trichoderma/1100ml water. with 3 replications and 6 expremental units, 108 experimental unit were obtains. if the treatment gives a real effect, it will be further tested at the 5% levelof BNJ. observasion variabels included incubation period, disease incidence, disease intensity, plant height, number of leaves, number of tuber, wet weight, and dry weight. |
