Abstrak This study aims to determine the effect of the interaction between fermentation and the dose of manure on the growth and yield of chili plants, to determine the effect of manure treatment on the growth and yield of chili plants and to determine the best dose of manure on the growth and yield of chili plants. This research was conducted in Solonsa Village, Wita Ponda District, Morowali Regency. The time of the study started from October to December 2020. This research was conducted using a factorial (two-factor) Randomized Block Design (RAK), the first factor was the treatment of goat manure using EM4 consisting of F0: Without Fermentation and F1: Fertilizer with EM4 fermentation. The second factor is the dose treatment of goat manure, which consists of 4 levels, namely P1: 10 tons/ha or equivalent to 480 grams/plot, P2: 20 tons/ha or equivalent to 960 grams/plot, P3: 30 tons/ha or equivalent to 1,440 grams/plot and P4 : 40 tons/ha or equivalent to 1,920 grams/plot. In this experiment there were 8 treatment combinations, each treatment was repeated three times, so there were 24 experimental units. The results showed treatment of manure dose of 40 Ton/Ha or equivalent to 1,920 grams/plot (P4) gave higher yields on plant growth and yields chili on all observation parameters.
