| Abstrak This research aims to determine the combination of bio organic fertilizer and various types of pesticides that have the best influence on the growth dynamics and yield of shallots (Allium Cepa. L. Var. Aggregatum) Varieties of Palu Valley. This research was conducted in Desa Bulupountu Jaya Trans SP II Regency Sigi. The study lasted for 3 months from August to October 2019. The study uses the group random Draft (RAK), with one factor, repeated four times. The tested treatment is lemongrass scented extract with various types of organic pesticides, consisting of 6 treatments that are P0 = control (without treatment), WT = Citronella Fragrance + Trichoderma extract, WBT = Citronella fragrance + Bio-organic + Trichoderma, WBM = Sereh Fragrance + Bio-Organic extract + Mimba leaf extract, BMT = Bio-organic + Mimba leaf extract + Trichoderma and MWT = Mimba leaf extract + Trichoderma fragrance + lemongrass extract, where each treatment is repeated four times, so that overall there are 24 units Experiments, each experimental unit there are 5 plants for the observation variable dynamics of growing and 10 plants for variable observation of results. The results showed that the combination of organic bio fertilizer and various types of pesticides that have the best influence on the growth of dynamics and the result of shallot is the treatment of WBM = Sereh Fragrance + Bio-Organic extract + Mimba leaf extract Almost on all observation parameters excepting the fresh weight of the roots and dry roots.
