Abstrak
This study aims to identify the effects that intorduced different types of soil microbes and dose of bokashi of cow manure for the growth and results of cayenne pepper. This study was conducted at the Screen House of the Faculty of Agriculture, Tadulako University, Palu Central Sulawesi from July to March 2020. This research was conducted experimentally by using a factorial 3 x 4 pattern design Randomized Block Design (RBD) with 3 replications. Then each experimental unit uses 3 plants, so that there are 36 experimental units. The first factor of the various soil mocrobes (r) is 3 types, namely r1 = Nitrogen Mining Bacteria (Azotobacter sp.) r2 = Phosphate Solvents (Bacillus subtilis) 10 ml/polybag, r3 = Nitrogen Mining Bacteria 5 ml/polybag + Phosphate Solvents 5 ml/polybag. The second factor is a dose of bokashi of the cow manure (p) of 4 levels of p0 = control (without fertilizer), p1 = 25 g/polybag, p2 = 50 g/polybag, p3 = 75 g/polybag. The results showed that there is no interaction between the effects of different species of soil microbes and bokashi’s cattle barn manure. Variety r2 soil microbes (Phosphate Bacteria) Bacillus subtilis 10 ml/polybag show the correct value on leaf chlorophyll levels. The dose bokashi of the p1 cattle barn (25 g/polybag) shows the correct value of the number of leaves, the number of branches, flowering time, the size of the leaf and amount of fruit plant. But it has no real effect on the fresh weight of the fruit plant, the fresh weight of the plant and the weight of the fruit Ha.
