Abstrak
The aim of this study was to determine the immersion response of various atonic concentrations on the growth of grape cuttings. This research was conducted in Tatari Village, West Tojo District, Tojo Una-una Regency. Central Sulawesi Province. This study began in December to February 2021. This study used a Randomized Block Design (RAK) consisting of 5 levels of treatment consisting of A0 = Control (without atonic), A1 = Atonic 50 ppm, A2 = Atonic 100 ppm, A3 = Atonic 150 ppm, A4 = Atonic 200 ppm. The results showed that the concentration of Atonic 100 ppm had a significant effect on observations with the average number of shoots at 6 MST was 1.9 shoots and 8 MST was 1.9 shoots, shoot length was 11.1 cm and root length was 11.2 cm. Keywords : Grape, Concentration, Atonic. ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui respon perendaman berbagai konsetrasi atonik terhadap pertumbuhan stek anggur. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Desa Tatari, Kecamatan Tojo Barat, Kabupaten Tojo Una-una. Provinsi Sulawesi Tengah. Penelitian ini dimulai pada Bulan Desember sampai dengan Bulan Februari 2021. Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok ( RAK ) yang terdiri dari 5 taraf perlakuan yang teridiri dari A0 = Kontrol (tanpa atonik), A1 = Atonik 50 ppm, A2 = Atonik 100 ppm, A3 = Atonik 150 ppm, A4 = Atonik 200 ppm. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa konsentrasi Atonik 100 ppm sangat berpengaruh nyata pada pengamatan dengan rata-rata jumlah tunas 6 MST adalah 1,9 tunas dan 8 MST adalah 1,9 tunas, panjang tunas 11,1 cm dan panjang akar 11,2 cm.
