Abstrak ABSTRACT Mustard (Brassica juncea L.) is one of the horticultural crop commodities from vegetables that are used by young leaves. Mustard plant is a plant marker that is able to provide a better response goal and its nutrient needs can be met by the form and diversity of nutrients in organic Gamal leaf fertilizer. The existence of mustard plants as one of the vegetable commodities is very much needed in improving community nutrition. One of the organic fertilizers that can be used is liquid organic fertilizer from gamal leaves. The content of liquid organic fertilizer of gamal leaves has an element of 3-6% N; 0.31% P; 0.77% K; 15-30% crude fiber. Gamal leaf liquid organic fertilizer also has advantages over other Leguminoceae species, namely that it can be easily cultivated, its growth is fast, and its biomass production is high. Gamal also has a fairly high nitrogen content with low C/N, causing this plant biomass to easily decompose. This research was conducted in Biromaru, from November to December 2020. This study used a Randomized Block Design (RAK). The treatment tested was POC concentration which consisted of 6 levels, namely No POC (P0), POC concentration 10 ml/L (P1), POC concentration 20 ml/L (P2), POC concentration 30 ml/L (P3), concentration 40 ml/L (P4), concentration 50 ml/L (P5). Each treatment was repeated three times so that there were 18 experimental units. The data obtained from this study were analyzed using analysis of diversity. If the results of the analysis of diversity show a real or very real effect, it will be continued with the Honest Significant Difference (BNJ) test at 5% level to determine the difference in the average value between the treatments being tried. From the results of the research, it can be concluded that the application of organic gamal leaf fertilizer with a concentration of 40 ml/L was proven to significantly increase plant growth which was indicated by taller plants, increasing yields seen by increasing plant fresh weight, dry weight of planting and leaf area. Keywords: Mustard, Kosakan, Gamal leaves. ABSTRAK Sawi (Brassica juncea L.) merupakan salah satu komoditas tanaman hortikultura dari jenis sayur-sayuran yang di manfaatkan daun-daun yang masih muda. Tanaman sawi merupakan penanda tanaman yang mampu memberikan tujuan respon lebih baik serta kebutuhan haranya dapat terpenuhi oleh bentuk dan keragaman hara pupuk organik daun gamal. Keberadaan tanaman sawi sebagai salah satu komoditi sayuran sangat dibutuhkan dalam penyempurnaan gizi masyarakat. Salah satu pupuk organik yang dapat digunakan adalah pupuk organik cair daun gamal. Kandungan pupuk organik cair daun gamal memiliki unsur 3-6% N; 0,31% P; 0,77% K; 15-30% serat kasar. Pupuk organik cair daun gamal juga memiliki keunggulan dibandingkan jenis Leguminoceae lain yaitu dapat dengan mudah dibudidayakan, pertumbuhannya cepat, produksi biomassanya tinggi. Gamal juga mempunyai kandungan nitrogen yang cukup tinggi dengan C/N rendah, menyebabkan biomasa tanaman ini mudah mengalami dekomposisi. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Biromaru, pada bulan November sampai dengan Desember 2020. Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK). Perlakuan yang dicobakan adalah kosentrasi POC yang terdiri dari 6 taraf yakni Tanpa POC (P0), kosentrasi POC 10 ml/L (P1), kosentrasi POC 20 ml/L (P2), kosentrasi POC 30 ml/L (P3), kosentrasi 40 ml/L (P4), kosentrasi 50 ml/L (P5). Setiap perlakuan diulang sebanyak tiga kali sehingga terdapat 18 unit percobaan. Data yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini dianalisis menggunakan analisis keragaman. Apabila hasil analisis keragaman yang menunjukan pengaruh nyata atau sangat nyata akan dilanjutkan dengan uji Beda Nyata Jujur (BNJ) taraf 5% guna mengetahui perbedaan nilai rata-rata antara perlakuan yang dicobakan. Dari hasil penelitan yang dilakukan maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa pemberian pupuk organik daun gamal konsentrasi 40 ml/L teruji secara nyata meningkatkan pertumbuhan tanaman yang ditandai dengan tanaman lebih tinggi, meningkatkan hasil dilihat dengan peningkatan berat segar pertanaman, berat kering pertanaman dan luas daun.
