| Abstrak The study aims to determine ability of isolates of phosphate solubilizing bacteria from the rizosphere Caktus Centong plant to dissolve phosphate in Alfisol (Typic hapludalfs). This research was conducted in Laboratory of Soil Sciences Department of Agriculture Faculty, Tadulako University, Palu, from April until June 2019. This research uses a descriptive exploratory method which is the results of P-available obtained will be compared with control treatment. Results of isolation from the rizosphere of the Centong Cactus Plant obtained 6 isolates of BPF with different morphology as a test of the establishment of qualitative phosphate dissolve. The 6th BPF isolates are Quantitati tested its ability to dissolve phosphate in the soil media of Alfisol (Typic Hapludalfs) so that it is obtained where all of these isolates have the ability to dissolve phosphate higher than control treatment and there are isolates that have the ability to dissolve The highest phosphate among other isolates is I3 isolate with the ability to dissolve phosphate 19.93 ppm. |
