| Abstrak This research aims to obtain the best dose of mycorrhiza that can increase the growth and yield of shallot plants of Palu valley varieties. This research was conducted in the screen house Faculty of Agriculture Tadulako University, Palu. The research time starts from July to September 2020. This study used a Randomized Group Design. The treatment attempted is a dose of mycorrhiza consists of 4 levels namely 1)without mycorrhiza, 2)mycorrhiza dose 5 g, 3)doses mycorrhiza 10 g , 4) dose mycorrhiza 15 g. Each treatment was repeated 6 times so that 24 experimental units were obtained. The data obtained is analysed using diversity analysis (test F 0.05). The administration of mycorrhiza has a noticeable effect on the growth and yield of shallot crops, except for the number of tubers and the number of mycorrhiza. From the results of the research conducted showed, the administration of mycorrhiza 10 g tested to produce high plants, the number of sapg, the weight of fresh plants per clump and the dry weight of plants per clump is better compared to without the administration of mycorrhiza and other doses.
