Abstrak ABSTRACT The aim of this study was to determine the effectiveness of giving atonic growth regulators (AGR) and liquid organic fertilizer (LOF) of stale rice and on the growth and yield of pakcoy plants. The research was conducted at the Screenhouse of the Faculty of Agriculture, Tadulako University, Palu from May 2021 to June 2021. This study used a factorial randomized block design (RBD). The first factor is the concentration of atonic PGR which consists of 2 levels, namely A1 = Atonic Growth Regulator 2 ml/L water and A2 = Atonic Growth Regulator Substance 4 ml/L water. The second factor is the concentration of stale rice liquid organic fertilizer which consists of 4 levels, namely P0 = without stale rice liquid organic fertilizer, P1 = liquid organic fertilizer of stale rice 150 ml / polybag, P2 = liquid organic fertilizer of stale rice 250 ml / polybag, P3 = liquid organic fertilizer of stale rice 350 ml / polybag. There were 8 treatment combinations which were then repeated 3 times, so there were 24 experimental units, each experimental unit contained 3 plants, so the total was 72 polybags. Treatments that have a significant effect are further tested using the honest real difference test (BNJ) at 5% level. The results showed that there was the best interaction effect, namely the treatment A2P3 (atonic growth regulator 4 ml/L water and liquid organic fertilizer of stale rice 350 ml/L water) on chlorophyll content and plant wet weight. Single treatment A2 (atonic growth regulator 4 ml/L water) had a significant effect on leaf number, leaf area, wet weight and plant dry weight. The single treatment P3 (liquid organic fertilizer with stale rice 350 ml/L water) gave a very significant effect on plant height, number of leaves, chlorophyll content, leaf area, wet weight and plant dry weight. Key Words : Athonic Growth Regulators, Liquid Organic Fertilizer of Stale Rice, Pakcoy ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas pemberian konsentrasi zat pengatur tumbuh (ZPT) atonik dan pupuk organik cair (POC) nasi basi dan terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman pakcoy. Penelitian dilaksanakan di Screenhouse Fakultas Pertanian, Universitas Tadulako, Palu pada bulan Mei 2021 sampai bulan Juni 2021. Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) pola faktorial. Faktor pertama yaitu yaitu konsentrasi ZPT atonik yang terdiri dari 4 taraf yaitu A1 = Zat Pengatur Tumbuh Atonik 2 ml/L air dan A2 = Zat Pengatur Tumbuh Atonik4 ml/L air. Faktor kedua yaitu konsentrasi pupuk Organik Cair Nasi Basi yang terdiri dari 4 taraf yaitu P0 = tanpa pupuk organik cair nasi basi, P1 = pupuk organik cair nasi basi 150 ml/polybag, P2 = pupuk organik cair nasi basi 250 ml/polybag, P3 = pupuk organik cair nasi basi 350 ml/polybag. Terdapat 8 kombinasi perlakuan yang kemudian diulang sebanyak 3 kali, sehingga terdapat 24 unit percobaan, setiap unit percobaan terdapat 3 tanaman, sehingga keseluruhan menjadi 72 polybag. Perlakuan yang memberikan pengaruh nyata di uji lanjut menggunakan uji beda nyata jujur (BNJ) taraf 5%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh interaksi terbaik yaitu pada perlakuan A2P3 (zat pengatur tumbuh atonik 4 ml/L air dan pupuk organik cair nasi basi 350 ml/L air) terhadap kadar klorofil dan bobot basah tanaman. Perlakuan tunggal A2 (Zat pengatur tumbuh atonik 4 ml/L air) memberikan pengaruh nyata terhadap jumlah daun, luas daun, bobot basah dan bobot kering tanaman. Perlakuan tunggal P3 (pupuk organik cair nasi basi 350 ml/L air) memberikan pengaruh sangat nyata terhadap tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun, kadar klorofil, luas daun, bobot basah dan bobot kering tanaman.
