This research was conducted at the Screen House of the Faculty of Agriculture, Tadulako University, Palu, Central Sulawesi from July to November 2019. This research was conducted experimentally by using a factorial 3 x 3 pattern design (RBD) randomized block design with 3 replications. Then each experimental unit uses 3 plants, so that there are 81 experimental units. The first factor is the dose of solid organic fertilizer (P) consisting of 3 levels, namely p1 = 15 gram / polybag, p2 = 30 gram / polybag, p3 = 45 gram / polybag. The second factor is the concentration of liquid organic fertilizer (C) which consists of 3 levels, namely c1 = 5 ml / liter of water, c2 = 10 ml / liter of water, c3 = 15 ml / liter of water. The results showed that there was an interaction between the effect of doses of solid organic fertilizer and the concentration of liquid organic fertilizer on leaf area, root length and root volume of oil palm seedlings. The dose of solid organic fertilizer P3 (45 grams / polybag) shows the highest value of plant height, leaf length, leaf area, number of leaves and stem diameter. The concentration of liquid organic fertilizer C3 (15 ml / polybag) shows the highest value of plant height, leaf length, leaf area, number of leaves and stem diameter. ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pertumbuhan bibit kelapa sawit akibat pemberian dosis pupuk organik padat dan konsentrasi pupuk organik cair. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Screen House Fakultas Pertanian, Universitas Tadulako, Palu Sulawesi Tengah pada bulan Juli sampai November 2019. Penelitian ini dilakukan secara ekperimen dengan menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) pola faktorial 3 x 3 dua faktor, dengan 3 kali ulangan. Kemudian setiap satuan percobaan menggunakan 3 tanaman, sehingga terdapat 81 unit percobaan. Faktor pertama yaitu dosis pupuk organik padat (P) terdiri dari 3 taraf yaitu p1= 15 gram/polybag, p2= 30 gram/polybag, p3= 45 gram/polybag. Faktor kedua yaitu kosentrasi pupuk organik cair (C) yang terdiri dari 3 taraf yaitu c1= 5 ml/liter air, c2= 10 ml/liter air, c3= 15 ml/liter air. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat interaksi antara pengaruh dosis pupuk organik padat dan kosentrasi pupuk organik cair terhadap luas daun, panjang akar dan volume akar bibit kelapa sawit. Dosis pupuk organik padat P3 (45 gram/polybag) menunjukan nilai tertinggi terhadap tinggi tanaman, panjang daun, luas daun, jumlah daun dan diameter batang. Konsentrasi pupuk organik cair C3 (15 ml/polybag) menunjukan nilai tertinggi terhadap tinggi tanaman, panjang daun, luas daun, jumlah daun dan diameter batang.
