Abstrak ABSTRACT Onion of the Palu Valley variety is one of the main superior commodities of Central Sulawesi. The use of microorganisms as biological agents has high potential to suppress the growth of pathogens. This study aims to control moler disease in the hammer valley shallot by using the biological egency of Trichoderma amazonicum and Plant Growt Promothing Rhizobacteria (PGPR) of bamboo roots. This research is located in Solove Village, Sigi Biromaru District, Sigi Regency, Palu, Central Sulawesi. Starting in November 2019 until January 2020. Observation data were analyzed with anova test (F test 5% and 1%), the treatment that was influential would be followed by a 5% real honest difference test. The observations showed that Trichoderma amazoncium and the combination of PGPR + T.amazonicum were able to suppress moler disease while Control and PGPR were attacked. The highest attack on the control is 10.17% and 5.36% PGPR. Keywords: Trichoderma amazonicum, PGPR, Moler Disiase ABSTRAK Bawang merah varietas lembah Palu merupakan salah satu komoditas unggulan spesifik Sulawesi Tengah. Penggunaan mikroorganisme sebagai agensi hayati berpotensi tinggi menekan pertumbuhan patogen. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk pengendalian penyakit moler pada tanaman bawang merah lembah palu dengan menggunakan egensi hayati Trichoderma amazonicum dan Plant Growt Promothing Rhizobacteria (PGPR) akar bambu. Penelitaian ini bertempat di Desa Solove, Kecamatan Sigi Biromaru Kabupaten Sigi, Palu Sulawesi Tengah. Dimulai pada bulan November 2019 sampai Januari 2020. Data hasil pengamatan dianalisis dengan uji anova (uji F 5?n 1%), perlakuan yang berpengaruh akan dilanjutkan dengan uji beda nyata jujur (BNJ) 5%. Hasil pengamatan menujukan bahwa Trichoderma amazoncium dan kombinasi PGPR+T.amazonicum mampu menekan penyakit moler sedangkan Kontrol dan PGPR terdap serangan. Serangan tertinggi pada kontrol yaitu 10,17?n PGPR 5,36%. |
