Abstrak
ABSTRACT This study aims to obtain mycorrhizal data which can increase the growth of green bean yields. This research was conducted from October to December 2019, at the green house of the Faculty of Agriculture, Tadulako University. Soil analysis was carried out at the Soil Science Laboratory, Faculty of Agriculture, Tadulako University. The study used a completely randomized design (CRD) of one factor, namely arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi consisting of 6 treatments namely No mycorrhizae (M0), mycorrhizae of 2 grams of mycorrhizae of polybags of 4 grams of polybag, mycorrhizae of 6 grams of polybags, mycorrhizae of 8 grams of polybags, and mycorrhizae of 10 grams of polybags . Each treatment was repeated 4 times so that there were 24 experimental units, each trial unit was 2 polybags so there were 48 polybags. Analysis of the data using the treatment of diversity of diversity was carried out anova diversity analysis, if the treatment had an influence it would be continued with the Least Significant Difference test (LSD). The results of this study indicate that the administration of mycorrhizae tested significantly improved growth and yield of mung bean plants characterized by plants, number of leaves, number of branches, and weight per 100 seeds . Keywords: Mung bean, Arbuscular Vesicular Mycorrhiza ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan data mikoriza yang dapat meningkatkan pertumbuhan hasil kacang hijau. Penelitian ini dilaksanakanpada bulan Oktober sampai dengan Desember 2019, di green house Fakultas Pertanian Universitas Tadulako. Analisis tanah dilakukan di Laboratorium Ilmu Tanah Fakultas Pertanian Universitas Tadulako. Penelitian menggunakan rancangan acak lengkap (RAL) satu faktor yaitu fungi mikoriza arbuskular yang terdiri dari 6 perlakuan yaitu Tanpa mikoriza (M0), mikoriza 2 gram polybag mikoriza 4 gram polybag, mikoriza 6 gram polybag, mikoriza 8 gram polybag, dan mikoriza 10 gram polybag. Setiap perlakuan diulang 4 kali sehingga terdapat 24 unit percobaan, setiap unit percobaan 2 polybag sehingga terdapat 48 polybag. Analisis data menggunakan perlakuan keragaman sidik ragam maka dilakukan analisis keragaman anova, jika perlakuan terdapat pengaruh maka akan dilanjutkan uji Beda Nyata Terkecil (BNT). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa pemberian mikoriza teruji secara nyata meningkatkan pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman kacang hijau ditandai dengan tanaman, jumlah daun, jumlah cabang, danberat per 100 biji.
