Abstrak The research aims to determine the best extract concentration level to increase the growth and yield of shallot plants. This research was conducted in Sidera Village, Sigi Biromaru District, Sigi Regency, Central Sulawesi Province, for three months, starting from August to October 2019. The study used a randomized block design (RAK) with various concentrations of natural growth regulator substances from Moringa leaves. (K) which consists of 5 treatments, 20% (200 ml Moringa Leaf Extract + Water), 40% (400 ml Moringa Leaf Extract + Water), 60% (600 ml Moringa Leaf Extract + Water), 80% (800 ml Moringa Leaf Extract + Water) and 100% (1000 ml Moringa Leaf Extract + Water). Each treatment was repeated three times so that a total of 15 experimental units were obtained. The provision of various concentrations of moringa leaf extract on shallot plants did not have a significant effect on all observation variables, namely length and number of leaves at 15, 25, 35 and 45 DAS, total leaf area, leaf fresh weight, tuber fresh weight per clump and fresh weight tubers per hectare. However, there is treatment giving Moringa leaf extract with a concentration of 100% (1000 ml of Moringa leaf extract + water) gives better results than other treatments. |
