| Abstrak This study aims to determine the concentration of POC Java Organic which gives the best effect on the growth and yield of Melon Plants (Cucumis melo L.). This research was carried out in the Mamboro sub-district, Mantikolore sub-district. The time of the research was carried out from August to September 2019. This study used a Randomized Block Design (RAK). The treatment that was tried was the concentration of liquid organic fertilizer which consisted of 5 treatments, namely: P0: No treatment (control), P1:2.5 ml/liter of water, P2:5 ml/liter of water, P3: 7.5 ml/liter water and P4:10 ml/liter of water. Thus there are 5 treatments and repeated three times so that 15 experimental units can be obtained. The results showed that the treatment (P4) POC 10 ml/water gave the best effect on the growth and yield of melon plants on all observation parameters.
