Abstrak ABSTRAK Asfilan (E 281 15 381), “Pengaruh Berbagai Konsentrasi Pupuk Organik Cair Terhadap Pertumbuhan dan Produktifitas Tanaman Sawi (Brassica Juncea L.)” (Dibimbing oleh Dr. Rahmi, SP., MP dan Syamsiar, SP., MP). Sawi merupakan salah satu diantara komoditas hortikultura sayuran daun yang banyak digemari oleh masyarakat karena rasanya enak, mudah didapat, dibudidayakan mudah, kandungan gizi pada sawi dan tahan terhadap cuaca. Unsur hara merupakan salah satu faktor yang menunjang pertumbuhan dan produktifitas tanaman sawi sehingga digunakan pupuk organik cair (POC). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh bebagai konsentrasi pupuk organik cair terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman sawi (Brassica Juncea L.) yang dilaksanakan di Desa Puungkoilu, Kecamatan Bungku Tengah, Kabupaten Morowali, mulai bulan Maret - Mei 2022. Penelitian ini disusun menggunakan metode Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK), yang terdiri dari 5 perlakuan dengan konsentrasi pupuk cair, pemberian tanpa pupuk organik cair (POC), pemberian 2 ml POC/998 ml air (P1), pemberian 4 ml POC/996 ml air (P2), pemberian 6 ml POC/994 ml air (P3), pemberian 8 ml POC/992 ml air (P4), dan diulang 3 kali ulangan, sehingga terdapat 15 unit percobaaan, masing-masing plot berjarak 35x35 cm. Hasil penelitian menunjukan pengaruh berbagai konsentrasi pupuk organik dengan setiap perlakuan kecuali pengamatan luas daun, dengan kesimpulan semakin banyak pupuk yang diberikan semakin baik pertumbuhan tanaman. Kata kunci: Tanaman Sawi (Brassica Juncea L.), konsentrasi pupuk organik cair, pertumbuhan, dan produktifitas. ABSTRACT Mustard greens is one of the leaf vegetable horticultural commodities that are much favored by the public because it tastes good, is easy to obtain, is not too difficult to cultivate, the content contained in mustard greens and can be weather-resistant. Nutrients are one of the factors that support the growth and productivity of mustard plants, so liquid organic fertilizer (POC) is used. This study aims to determine the effect of various concentrations of liquid organic fertilizer on the growth and yield of mustard (Brassica Juncea L.). This research was conducted in Puungkoilu Village, Central Bungku District, Morowali Regency, from March to May 2022. This research was arranged using a Randomized Block Design (RAK) method, which consisted of 6 treatments with a concentration of liquid fertilizer, giving without liquid organic fertilizer (PO), giving 2 ml of liquid organic fertilizer/998 ml of water (P1), giving 4 ml of organic fertilizer. liquid/996 ml of water (P2), giving 6 ml of liquid organic fertilizer/994 ml of water (P3), giving 8 ml of liquid organic fertilizer/992 ml of water (P4), and repeated 3 times, so there are 15 experimental units, each plot is 35x35 cm apart. The results showed that there was an effect of various concentrations of organic fertilizer with treatments on plant height, number of leaves and plant fresh weight except for leaf area observations, the treatment that gave the best effect on growth and yield of mustard greens was obtained in combination treatment with 8 ml of liquid fertilizer.
