Abstrak
One of the problems in the cultivation of eggplant plants is the psesence of plant disturbing organism which include pests and pathogens that cause plant diseases. The main pest in eggplant is white flea from the family Pseudococcus sp. This study aims to determine the mortality rate of white flea pests using entomopathogenic fungi Aspergillus flavus with different conidial densities and symptoms of infection caused by the fungi. The research was conducted on Februari Mei 2019 at a Screening House Majoring in Pests and Plant Diseases, and the manufacture of PDA media was carried out in the plant disease Laboratory of the Faculty of Agriculture, University of Tadulako. The study was designed in a completely randomized design with 5 treatments and 3 replications. Treatment consisted of : A0 = control (aquades), A1= dilution of Aspergillus flavus conidia 10-3/ml, A2= dilution of Aspergillus flavus conidia 10-5/ml, A3= dilution of Aspergillus flavus conidia 10-7/ml, A4= dilution of Aspergillus flavus conidia 10-9/ml. Each treatment was repeated three times to produce 15 experimental units. The results showed that the highest mortality rate of white lice after 7 HSA was found in dilution of 10-5 with conidia density of 6,1336 x106/ml with 33,33 % mortality.
