Abstrak
ABSTRACT The aim of the study was to determine the effect of various combinations of POC cow urine with NPK (pearls) on the growth and yield of cucumber plants, in addition to the treatment by combining the two types of fertilizers. Therefore, it is hoped that the NPK fertilizer dosage will be more efficient. This research was prepared using a randomized block design (RBD). Using 10 treatments and 3 repetitions. The treatments were tried as follows: P0 = without treatment or control, P1 = 10 g NPK / plant (50%) + 20 ml POC cow urine, P2 = 10g NPK / plant (50%) + 30 ml POC cow urine, P3 = 10 g NPK / plant (50%) + 40 ml POC cow urine, P4 = 20 g NPK / plant (75%) + 20 ml POC cow urine, P5 = 20 g NPK / plant (75%) + 30 ml POC cow urine, P6 = 20 g NPK / plant (75%) + 40 ml POC cow urine, P7 = 30 g NPK / plant (100%) + 20 ml POC cow urine, P8 = 30 g NPK / plant (100%) + 30 ml of cow urine POC, P9 = 30 g NPK / plant (100%) + 40 ml POC cow urine. Each treatment was repeated three times resulting in 30 experimental units. Based on the description of the results of the research above, it can be concluded that the treatment of various combinations of cow urine with NPK fertilizer has a significant effect on the number of leaves at 8 MST, leaf area, fruit length, fruit girth but does not significantly affect the observation of fruit fresh weight. The combination of POC 40 ml cow urine + 20 g NPK (75%) (P6) is the best treatment for growth and yield of cucumber plants. This means that using 40 ml of cow urine POC can save 75% of NPK fertilizer dosage. Keywords : Cucumber, Cow Urine POC, NPK Fertilizer. ABSTRAK Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kombinasi POC urin sapi dengan pupuk NPK (mutiara) terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman mentimun, disamping itu perlakuan dengan cara mengkombinasikan kedua jenis pupuk tersebut diharapkan dosis pupuk NPK lebih hemat oleh penggunaan POC urine sapi. Penelitian ini disusun menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) dengan 3 kali ulangan. Adapun perlakuan kombinasi POC urine sapi dengan pupuk NPK adalah sebagai berikut : P0 = Tanpa perlakuan (kontrol), P1 = 10 g NPK/tanaman (50%) + 20 ml POC urin sapi, P2 = 10 g NPK/tanaman (50%)+30 ml POC urin sapi, P3 = 10 g NPK/tanaman (50 %) + 40 ml POC urin sapi, P4 = 20 g NPK/tanaman (75 %) + 20 ml POC urin sapi, P5 = 20 g NPK/tanaman (75 %) + 30 ml POC urin sapi, P6 = 20 g NPK/tanaman (75 %) + 40 ml POC urin sapi, P7 = 30 g NPK/tanaman (100 %) + 20 ml POC urin sapi, P8 = 30 g NPK/tanaman (100 %) + 30 ml POC urin sapi, P9 = 30 g NPK/tanaman (100 %) + 40 ml POC urin sapi. Setiap perlakuan diulang sebanyak tiga kali sehingga menghasilkan 30 unit percobaan. Berdasarkan dari uraian hasil penelitian diatas dapat disimpulkan bahwa perlakuan berbagai kombinasi urin sapi dengan pupuk NPK berpengaruh nyata terhadap jumlah daun pada umur 8 MST, luas daun, panjang buah, lilit buah tetapi tidak berpengaruh nyata pada pengamatan bobot segar buah. Kombinasi pupuk NPK 20 gram (75%) + 40 ml POC urine sapi per tanaman (P6) merupakan perlakuan terbaik terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman mentimun. Ini berarti bahwa dengan menggunakan POC urin sapi 40ml dapat menghemat dosis pupuk NPK hingga 75%. Kata Kunci : Mentimun, POC Urine Sapi, Pupuk NPK.
