| Abstrak One of the important diseases in onion cultivation that can result in significant losses is fusarium wilt disease caused by the fungus Fusarium oxysporum. One of the biological control agents that can be used is Trichoderma virens. The purpose of this study was to determine the exact dosage and timing of T. virens application in controlling fusarium wilt caused by the fungus F. oxysporum. This research was conducted from April to November 2019 at the Disease Laboratory and screen house, Faculty of Agriculture, Tadulako University, hammer. Using a completely randomized design (CRD) of two factors, the first factor is the dose of T. virens. With treatment: without the application of T. virens (D0), 30 g / polybag, 40 g / polybag, 50 g / polybag. The second factor is the time of T. virens application consisting of: T. virens application 7 days before planting (W1), T. virens application at the same time as planting (W2), T. virens application 7 days after planting (W3), T. application virens 14 days after planting (W4), all arranged in factorial with three replications. The data obtained were analyzed with ANOVA if significantly different then further tests were carried out at the 5% level. The results of the identification of F. oxysporum have mycelium like white cotton, getting older, purplish in color. Microconidia with septa consists of 1-3 septa, round to cylindrical measuring (4.79.3) x (2.2-3.1) ?m. A crescent shaped macroconidia. Research shows that there is no interaction between T. virens dose and T. virens application time on all parameters. Independently the dose of T. virens 30g / polybag, 40g / polybag, 50g / polybag, significantly affected the incidence of fusarium wilt disease 19.44%, 27.77%, 36.10%.
