Abstrak
ABSTRACT This research aims to determine and study the suitability level of Dragon Fruit Land in Sidondo Village, Sigi Biromaru District, Sigi Regency, Central Sulawesi Province. This research was conducted in August 2019 - until September 2019. Analysis of the physical and chemical properties of the soil was carried out in the Soil Science Unit Laboratory of the Faculty of Agriculture, Tadulako University, Palu. The parameters analyzed were physical and chemical properties including texture, bulk density, permeability, porosity, pH, total N, available K, available P, C-Organic, CEC, KB. The results showed that land suitability is the actual land suitability class in SPL1 S3-oa (marginal appropriate) with drainage limiting factors, in SPL2 S2-wa, rc (quite appropriate) with the limiting factors of rainfall and texture, in SPL3 S2-wa, rc, eh (quite appropriate) with the limiting factor of rainfall, texture and slope and on SPL4 N1oa (not suitable at present) with the limiting factor of drainage. After repairs, the SPL1 is included in the S2-oa land suitability class, rc (quite suitable), SPL2 is included in the S2rc land suitability class (quite suitable), SPL3 is included in the S2-rc land suitability class (quite appropriate), and in SPL4 included in the S3-oa land suitability class (marginally appropriate). Key Word: Land suitability, Dragon Fruit Plant ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan dan mempelajari Tingkat Kesesuaian Lahan Tanaman Buah Naga di Desa Sidondo Kecamatan Sigi Biromaru Kabupaten Sigi, Provinsi Sulawesi Tengah. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan Agustus 2019 – sampai September 2019. Analisis sifat fisik dan kimia tanah dilakukan di Laboratorium Unit Ilmu Tanah Fakultas Pertanian Universitas Tadulako, Palu. Parameter yang di analisis yaitu sifat fisik dan kimia meliputi tekstur, bulk Density, permeabilitas, porositas, pH, N total, K tersedia, P tersedia, C-Organik, KTK, KB. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa kesesuaian lahan yaitu Kelas kesesuaian lahan aktual di SPL1 S3-oa (sesuai marginal) dengan faktor pembatas drainase, di SPL2 S2-wa,rc (cukup sesuai) dengan faktor pembatas curah hujan dan tekstur, di SPL3 S2-wa,rc,eh (cukup sesuai) dengan faktor pembatas curah hujan, tekstur dan lereng dan pada SPL4 N1oa (idak sesuai saat ini) dengan faktor pembatas drainase. Setelah dilakukan perbaikan maka pada SPL1 termasuk dalam kelas kesesuaian lahan S2-oa,rc (cukup sesuai), SPL2 termasuk dalam kelas kesesuaian lahan S2rc (cukup sesuai), SPL3 termasuk dalam kelas kesesuaian lahan S2-rc (cukup sesuai), dan pada SPL4 termasuk dalam kelas kesesuaian lahan S3-oa (sesuai marginal.
