Tomato (Solanum lycopersicum L.) is one of the vegetable commodities cultivated by farmers in Indonesia and is a multipurpose vegetable, apart from being a vegetable, it is also used as a raw material for the pharmaceutical and cosmetic industries as well as a raw material for food processing. Tomato belongs to the vegetable plant, namely the Solanaceae family. This research was conducted for 4 months, namely in June-September 2020. This research was conducted in Lolu Village, Sigi District, Sigi Regency. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of giving cow urine POC to the growth and yield of tomato plants. This study used a randomized block design (RAK) consisting of 5 treatments which were repeated 4 times, so there were 20 experimental units. The treatments consisted of: P0 = No concentration of POC (control), P1 = POC concentration of cow urine 50ml/liter of water, P2 = POC concentration of cow urine 100ml/liter of water, P3 = concentration of POC in cow urine 150ml/liter of water, P4 = concentration of POC of cow urine 200 ml/liter of water. The results showed that the application of POC cow urine to tomato plants did not have a significant effect on plant height, number of leaves, flowering time, number of productive branches, number of tomatoes and tomato fruit weight. administration of 200 ml urine POC (P4) had a good effect on fruit weight (456.55 g). Keywords: Solanum lycopersicum L, Concentrations, Cow Urine.
