Abstrak Soil chemistry is a trait that refers to the nature of the soil which has different degrees of soil acidity or pH, where the chemical properties of the soil play a major role in determining the basic properties which can then be investigated how to treat and cultivate the soil. This research was conducted in April 2019 until it was completed in Bahomoahi Village, Bungku Timur District, Morowali Regency. Analysis of chemical properties in this study was carried out in the Soil Science Laboratory, Faculty of Agriculture, Tadulako University, Palu. In this study using a descriptive method that is to determine the characteristics of some soil chemical properties. The results showed that the chemical properties of the soil in the ex-mining area in the village of Bahomoahi generally have chemical properties that tend to be the same at three sampling points, where the pH of H2O is neutral (6.49-6.74), the pH of KCl is acidic (5.27 -5.39), C-Organic is classified as moderate criteria (2.03-2.32), N-Total is classified as very low criteria (0.02-0.04), phosphorus is classified as very low criteria (1.30-1 , 91), potassium is classified as a low criterion (12.34-12.37) and CEC is dominant as a medium criterion (15.77-17.20).
