Abstrak Wakegi Onion (Allium x wakegi Araki) are one of the specific superior commodities of Central Sulawesi. The study aims to identfy the ability of the botanical pesticide in pest attact on the plants of Bawang Merah Varietas Lembah Palu (Allium x wakegi Araki) and was carried out in in the village of Sidera, Sigi, Biromaru district, district of Sigi, province of Central Sulawesi. Carried out the study in October through December 2019 from the maintenance of cultivalion of plant-based fertilization of a Mahogany seed extract to harvest. The research design used was to use a randoom group of Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) with five (5) patterns of treatment and four(4) times the retake as many as to plants samples. The extracts of various plants are formulated via dirrect sprying of plants every one a week with varying consentration. The observed variable is the intensity of the bug attact and the output. Research indicates the treatment of extracted nabati pesticides has has the potential to suppress the S.exigua pest attactk. But the most effective is the extract of Mahogany seeds (Swietenia Mahagoni ) of 80 ml/1 litre of water, moreover, the extract of Mahogany seed (Swietenia Mahagoni) concentrations of 80 ml/1 litre of water can increase the weight produced by Bawang Merah Varietas Lembah Palu ( Allium x wakegi Araki) Keywords : Allium x wakegi Araki, Spodoptera exigua, mahogany seed, botanical pesticide. |
